I had trouble finding a place that would sell it without a script. My poor dog was in a lot of pain. I ended up finding it on ebay

This is really starting to irritate me, it started feeling better then hurts again. I was wondering if it was the weather that was affecting it .

Are you working it at all ? If so don't - rest the area and alternate heat and ice - if you have access to an ultrasound machine those things seem to work great with this type of injury....

No I haven't in about 8 days just giving it plenty of time to make sure it's ok. Thanks I'll try the heat and ice.

Update: I got back to lifting yesterday but was real careful. Worked chest shoulders and triceps with higher reps as not to press my luck. Shoulder is still not right but I think if i'm careful I can work around it. Did legs today and even sliding leg press release bar up was hurting my shoulder a little. Wasn't going to try squatting because that would've put too much stress on the shoulder bringing my arms back.

Quick Update: 13 days later I still have a nagging pain in the right shoulder. I've been training around it and just being careful. I have no idea what it is maybe as light tear but I can pinpoint where it is.

When I bring my arms back to put hold the bar when doing squats it bothers me some.

It's a lot better so maybe time will heal it, we'll see.
