Yes I think that's what it was.

I wanted to update everyone on how the shoulder is doing. Still not 100% but i'm just training around it as much as possible. Just a few exercises that I either have to avoid or be careful with.

If you can get a shoulder horn get it and use it - it helped to rehab mine....well that and some intra articular injections
