| Re: seasonal affective disorder??? I'm not an RN but normally SAD is treated with increased exposure to light. I tan a lot more during the winter because of the lack of sunlight, but also keep up with my multi-vitamines. There are special lights that a person can use that don't have the harmful UV rays of a tanning bed.

| Re: seasonal affective disorder??? Sounds like you might have SAD barring anything else being different in your life. Exposure daily to a UV lamp usually does the trick for most people.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: seasonal affective disorder??? lol.....my wife and i split up and she moved back to BC with our daughter........soo....i soon followed them up.......we back together now.....but yeah...thats why.....and women on vancouver island are pretty hot....and there are more women than men on the island.....needless to say i wasnt too lonely when i was sepereated |
