Re: seasonal affective disorder???

I'm not an RN but normally SAD is treated with increased exposure to light. I tan a lot more during the winter because of the lack of sunlight, but also keep up with my multi-vitamines.

There are special lights that a person can use that don't have the harmful UV rays of a tanning bed.

Re: seasonal affective disorder???

Sounds like you might have SAD barring anything else being different in your life. Exposure daily to a UV lamp usually does the trick for most people.

Remember it is daily exposure - at least 15 minutes
