Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Now 'I' have a question for 'YOU' pl .... And whoever else wants to jump in :) Is it proper etiquette to post in 'our own' forum? lol Why is it that the eca stack may be making me excessively TIRED?!! Never had this before, lasts about 4 hours after taking.....and just in the past 3 days when I restarted the stack....with the 8mg pills, taking total of 48mg/day. Maybe there's no connection at all, but it sure is suspicious....but, maybe my liver isn't handling it all, so that's why I was reading up, and posted, in the metabolism forum too about the possibility of this hampering my training goals (i.e. why I'm having such a BITCH of a time, when I never used to before).

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | depending on your former use and frequency of use you could be having an adverse reaction to it. Allthough i would think that it is highly unlikely

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | Stimulants cause a systemic reaction in your body which as you know speed up the heart rate, increase blood pressure, increase perspiration, ect............From what can assume, it adds extra stress on the cardiovascular system and organ systems of the body and makes them work overtime, somewhat like doing cardio or running only without actually doing it. When the systemic effects wear off, the body is in a repair/heal stage where it is trying to replenish the lost fluid and tries to maintain homeostasis like it does after exercise, which is making you tired and want to sleep and also making you want to drink fluids. This is just my educated guess.............

| you mentioned 8 mg ? I am unfamiliar with that dose. Is that pseudophedrine hcl ? I usually start with the aspirin part of the stack myself. I dose with the aspirin 1 day before starting the rest of the stack. Unsure why you are feeling tired however I know caffeine can have that effect in large doses on some people so it makes sense that ephedra could have that effect also. What components and dosages does it break down into ?

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I like that idea JOEYZ, and I know, pl, that too much caffeine does make me tired......maybe I need to cut back on the stack dose? I don't think I'm building a tolerance, but I guess it's possible.

| what are the totals in your stack ? It probably is a tolerance. Do you alternate with clen or cycle off ?
