Rep Power: 10 ![]() | Take some Ibuprofen and dont do that again tonight. I do the same thing about twice a month and cant move my neck it hurts so bad.

Hmmm...........I if the pain still feels like it did the first night you might need to go to a chiropractor to get adjusted or even a general practice DO..........not an MD, but a DO..........the reason is they study manipulation like a chiropractor does...........an MD wont be caught dead doing something like that. I could somewhat explain to you how to do it, but it requires a second person obviously.

| Anti-inflamatory and muscle relaxants vette, i used to wrench my neck all the time doing heavy benches or heavy pullovers. I went to a quackopractor for a month and nothing, went to a conventional doctor and those pills had me back in the gym in a couple of days. Worked extremely well. |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Yeah, like Joeyz said, if it still hurts real bad it may be a nerve or something disk related.....see if you can go to someone who can massage/manipulate.....even if it's just for an opinion.
