Rep Power: 2 ![]() | injured c2 c4 c6 I tore my right pec a year and half ago during a bench press. Pec is fina now but my rhombs are a little tight along with my trap. All the serious pain is in my neck/traps. Went to the chiro and found that my c2-c6 is fucked. I imagine going to the chiro will help a bit. Thinking about getting a deep tissue massage. Has anyone had similar problems? the newer neck injuries are indirectly related to the pec, they have been pulling extra compensation. I'm hoping a massage w/ the chiro will make a difference. I might even try going back to Physical therapy again as well.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: injured c2 c4 c6 Hopeful healing to you, Those are some major injuries. You should check with your doc over a chiro. I'm gun-shy with chiros. I know too many with bad experiences with them. Hopefully this chiro is good. Deep tissue release is a smart idea. You will need to find someone knowledgeable in ART (active release technique). Goodluck |

| Re: injured c2 c4 c6 I'm thinking ART for some myofascial release would be just the ticket for you Bro.
