Ingrown hair

I think i have a ingrown hair on my neck,,,it about 5x sthe size of a pimple..It does not have a white head,just a big fat red bump,,,

My wife wants to take a tea bag and do something them pop it,,or some shit like that,,,

I never had 1 before what do i do???how to get rid of it???

She just put it (tea bag) on it hot ,,took one of my insulin pins poked it "OUCH" and squeesed puss out,she said it was whit,yellow and blood,,after all cleaned up theres a black hair comming out of the spot,,bigger than usal,,,,YUK i dont know how or y she did that for me,,,tender to the touch,,

I get those ingrown hairs too sometimes, I hate them. I always just sterilize a needle and pop them. Works every time.
