Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Help me Naughty Nurse or someone with knowledge of this!!! Have been out for two weeks. Right elbow...outside where forearm muscle meets with lower tricep is killing me just to straightewn it out. Tendon?? What do I do. I have to get back in the gym. Felt it pull when I was pushing 415lbs on incline press. Also, have been off of deca for 1 month and pain has obviously gotten worse. What do you suggest??? |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Joeyz covered it...really can't think of anything to add except that I posted an interesting read I found about RICE vs MEAT Therapies, where it says that using ice MAY not be as effective as heat IF it's a tendon, especially since it's not an immediate injury. Try both, see which is better for ya.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | LOL...I know, sounds dumb....but that's the title of the article....but that's the idea...ice and rest vs heat and movement.
