HELP..how long is this active?..half-life?

Before I ask, I do not drink or use drugs (pain meds. etc.) only aas. I trained pretty heavy on back, and I may have pushed more than I should w/ deads. I was incredibly sore, not the typical soreness which I expect. Anyway, I had a few Lortabs...5mg, I believe, left over from a dental visit couple months ago. I took 1 the last 2 nights before bed...I tough it out during the day, but I NEED sleep.
How long is this active in the body for a drug test? I may be interviewing soon for a job, and would hate to have this rule me out. I do not abuse pain meds. or condone it, aside from the past 2 days I'm clean..Do oral pain meds clear within a couple days?

If you have a script for them, which i assume you do from your past dental issues, then the drug test wont be any problem when they find it. Jus tshow them the script and tell them that you have suddenly had pain and neede to use them.

I had a script from the dentist 2 months ago...technically I should have used all of them already after dental surgery. I didn't use all, and just dumped the last 3 in my bottle of ibuprofen- that didn't do much for my back. I don't have the original Rx container. In hind sight, I should have thought of that. Just wanted to know if these meds clear out within a few days considering it was a very short duration and small amt.

It doesnt matter. Just keep the bottle, or if you dont have the bottle then the doc will have a copy of it.............They have to keep that information to report to the DEA at the end of the year. Anymore they dont even go through the trouble of asking you. I had to take one about a month ago and I ask them if they wanted me to write down all the stuff I was taking like they did in the past and they told me no. They said if they find something they are worried about they will call me.
