headaches!!@#$%

so on tuesday I was doing squats and on my last rep I got a lil light-headed...i racked it and then i got a wicked headache....only lasted a minute or so....so I think that perhaps i wasnt breathing properly and made my bp take a abnormal jump.....so i take it easy yesterday.....today i go in and warm up.....everything is fine....then i get to my heavy set and 5 reps in i get this screaming heaache....felt like my head was going to explode.....i was breathing properly this time...tho i was pushing really hard.......am i about to die? lol.......should i just take it easy for a few days and gradually work back into the heavy stuff......the headache is almost gone now....so it only lasted 15-20 minutes.....maybe i strained a blood vesel in my head?

Proper breathing is very important. I do feel some dizziness if I don't breath while I'm liffting.

Re: headaches!!@#$%

If you search the archives theres actually a thread where i posted about a splitting headache i had that was nonstop for a few months. I forget whet exactly the doctor said i did , but it boiled down to i majorly strained something in my head between my skull and brains. It was bad.....but like the doctor said....it went away by itself.

Mabe I'm going too extreeme but is that close to haveing an anurism? That is scary. I know when my bp gets high I have them but they last for an hour or 2.
Very fusterating.
Also I know when taking suppliments tren/dbol ECT that it caused headaces in me.
