Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Gyno I have some gyno in my left pec. I talked to my doctor about it and he said that there is nothing he could do besides send me to a plastic surgeon to get surgery. It’s not too bad but it bothers me personally because I don’t like the way it looks. Is surgery my only choice or is there something out there that I could take to reverse some of the effects. | Re: Gyno did you tell your doc it was from steroids?? if not and you should not have, they would not take that approach, they should take care of it and still be under medical ... get a second docs opinion

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Re: Gyno No i did not tell him its from roids. He just told me that surgery is the only thing I could do to if i want to fix the way it looks. Thanks I am going to look for another doctor to see if I could get another opinion. |

There have been people with personal experience that have reduced most of their gyno by using letro and nolva. Nolva is one of the only substances that I know of that has been scientifically proven to reduce gyno along with raloxifene which has been shown to be more effective. | |
