Folliculitis, Bug Bite, or What?

my guess it is an ingrown hair.. but it could be a bite that has become infected.. i say try and pop it.. that's what i would do.. you could stand some itchy shit on their leg that would drive me nuts.. but if you try and pop it and it doesn't get any better once the pressure is released then go to the doctor it could be an allergic reaction to something possibly...

I bet its a bite of some kind....you better get your big meathead ass to the doc! Gonna look funny on stage next year with only one calf!!

never went to the doc but its ALOT better. just about the size of a dime. was about 6 inchs or so.. so im ok now.. i hope
