Rep Power: 7 ![]() | My diet looks like this, now granted. I have been eating like crap lately, I just haven't had the energy to even make anything. Meal 1 6 eggs 4 waffles or 2 packets oatmeal with honey 8oz milk Meal 2 Protein Shake Cytogainer or Muscle Milk Meal 3 PBJ Sammich 8 oz cottage cheese 8 oz peaches orange Meal 4 Nlarge2 shake Meal 5 6 oz chicken w/teriyaki potato 8oz green beans Meal 6 Dannon Frusion Smoothie Nature Valley Granola Bar meal 7 shake or trioplex bar Multivits, I just got recently. I am beginning to think that may be the prob, I have been without them for a WHILE. the diet is about 4000 cals

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Well, try taking the vits again and see if there's an improvement. I find half the time for something like this it's matter of trial and error...take it, take it away, or vice versa.....see if that fixes it.
