Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Does Liver stress cause fatigue? My summer cycle is 750 test enth. 600 eq every 5 days, 50mg winny ed. was orals, now I'm on winny depot. also fem and nolv. ed. I've been on winny 6wks and I recently have been feeling lethargic. I thought I may have been overtraining or not eating enough, but I've been resting more, and increased water intake, and eating more. My training has been lagging for no reason, feeling weak and less endurance. I began taking tyler liver detox..will continue for the rest of cycle. Could this lethargy be due to hepatic stress? I don't have any problems urining or other symptoms I plan on going off winny for 3 wks. and going back on... |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | If the liver cannot effectively clear out the toxins from your body, whether it be through AAS or simply what you eat/drink, it can certainly make you feel sluggish and tired...toxins will/are/can build up in your system. A lot of ppl take milk thistle for their liver, and I've also heard Liv 52 is very good.

If you're concerned, get a blood test. But if you've got power and energy for your workouts but are tired in between, it may be the cycle. |
