I am about to start a cycle of deca and test en. I am a diabetic currently taking amaryl, and 5 units of insulin daily. What will this do to my blood sugar if any?

I have no personal experience to speak of, but you probably need to monitor yourself more frequently to see how the drugs will make you react and if you alter your eating habits. You may not have to change a thing....just carefully watch it.

Be aware of increased blood sugar levels Bro - monitor your levels and be religious about it if you have never used before - best of luck and keep us posted

I will try to find some studies on this, but I dont that it definately messes with my blood sugar BAD! About 8 years ago I used insulin with a bulking cycle and ever since then I have had bad problems with blood sugar which can be one of the sides. I have a history of diabetes in my family and unfortunatley Im having a lot of problems lately. R-Ala does some bad stuff to me also...............worse then anything I have ever taken.

i'm a type one diabetic though i've never do a cycle i've considered it and decided against it. Greatly increased blood sugar will be your main concern becasue it is very difficult to put on wieght when you're bouncing around. So as powerlifter recommended check...alot. Cholesterol should be a concern also as diabetics are pron to heart probs.

Joeyz,..How does the R-ALA effect you? I'm type two,and use it a LOT! Helps allow me to eat a good deal of carbs when I need to, without running my sugars to the moon.

Powerlifter,..How has this thread become significant for you? Curious if there might be something on your mind, that would benifit others as well,..?

Thankis all,...>>>--->

For some reason ALA was causing my sugars to bottom out pretty bad. I had to stop taking it around the time that I posted all of this......in 2004

Thanks Joeyz,...Didn't know if you would see this or not being the post was so old,..;)

ALA will drop sugars for sure. I only use it when I'm going to intake a fair amount of carbs,...Just prior to the meal,...
