Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Blood Blisters I notice the last couple of times I've been doing leg presses that I've getting tiny blood blisters on my delts and upper chest. Should I be overly concerned?

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | Re: Blood Blisters Most likely you are noticing what we call Petechia..........pronounced (Puh-tee-kee-eye). If you continue to notice these you might want to have it checked out. Basically it is a small blood blister, however it can very easily be the result of a clotting disorder, and as extreme as that sounds it happens quite often and can be a small indicator of a larger problem. You will see them over areas of pressure such as what you mentioned, however I would'nt ignore it if it continues. Does it appear somewhat like this Image:Minor Petechia.jpg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ?

| Re: Blood Blisters I get em doing calf raises. It's petechia. I had to throttle back on my Aspirin to only 81 mg daily ( was doing ECA stack ) and they went away.

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | Re: Blood Blisters Its honestly really hard to determine. They can be a simple blood blister or an indicator of something much more serious. Its kinda along the same lines as someone who bruises easily. I wouldnt freak out about it, but keep and eye on it. The real issue would be if you started seeing them in areas that you didnt apply pressure to your skin with the bar.
