Back strain/cycle

I pulled a muscle in my lower back. Dr. says no lifting for 3 weeks. My problem is I am on week 5 of a 10 week cycle. Should I stop since I can not lift?

If the doc says no lifting then that means no lifting... end of story. Put the rest of your gear on the shelf for next time and start PCT. It's better to lose the effects of a few weeks of gear than it is to cause a permenant back injury.

Re: Back strain/cycle

newbie here on first test cycle, is it normal to get lower back pain (pumps) also taking 25mg d-bol, do not think it's from overtraining

Why are you taking d-bol on your first test cycle?

To answer your question... yes, back pumps are normal.

Re: Back strain/cycle

thanks for the input, i thought from other boards that kick starting a cycle w/ d-bol for about 4 wks was the way to go ? at least it explains the minor back pain, thanks
