T-100X has higher levels of glandulars, as well as bladerwrack, but this thyodine is loaded with extra goodies for your thyroid function...it's a toss up, it would depend on how low your thyroid and adrenal functions were. I personally take coleus forskolii and t-100X ED along with the life extensionist multiple vit and min which contains all the trace elements i need as well and in the proper doses. It's pricey stuff, but worth it's weight in gold!
