Do you feel exhausted from morning to night? 2. Do you have trouble getting up in the morning? 3. Are you stiff in the morning? 4. Do you have dry skin, brittle hair, or nails? 5. Do you have cold hands and feet? 6. Is your short term memory failing? 7. Do you go to peices easily or dislike working under pressure? 8. Do you have difficulty losing weight no matter what diet or exercise plan you follow? 9. Are you depressed? 10. Are you constipated? 11. Do your muscles feel weak as if they can't generate energy? 12. Is your cholesterol over 200? 13. Is your first morning under arm body temperature less than 97.8? FOR THE LADIES! 14. Have you had trouble conceiving a child? 15. Do you have PMS or menstrual difficulties? PLAN OF ACTION Over the last few years, it has become more apparent that many people have symptoms of disturbances in thyroid function. However, these symptoms often do not show up in traditional testing methods. If you suspect that your thyroid function is low, or if you can't seem to muster the energy to get through the day, the following plan of action will promote healthier thyroid function. Seek medical attention if you still display many symptoms of low thyroid after taking the following measures to improve thyroid function. 1. Incorporate 1-4 tablespoons of organic, extra virgin coconut oil into your diet each day. Extra virgin coconut oil is an excellent cooking oil alternative. Coconut oil promotes healthy thyroid function. 2. Based on your score, add the following nutrients to your daily maintenance supplements for thyroid support: * For scores 15 and higher, add: Tyrosine 250mg, three times a day * For scores 20 and higher, add: Coleus forskolii 100mg standardized to contain 10 percent forskolin (or 250mg at 4 percent), three times a day. * Guggul: 500mg, three times a day. * For scores 30 and higher, add: Thyroid glandular (new zealand source) 60mg, one to three times a day. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | what about low/no sex drive?? or is this part of the depression part of the disorder? I am trying to get my doc to rule out thyroid issues with my wife. Just from my observations, she has scored over 45. IS there a site other then here that has your test? She doesn't like these sites because they don't tell her what she wants to hear. |
