t3 pct question?

hey all sorry if this has been answered a million times before but i wanna start running a t3 cycle for 4 weeks. i just wanted to know whats the recommended dosage for Thyodine in pct, and i heard that you should start to take it one week before the end of your t3 when you're tapering down, is that correct?. again i apologize if you guys answered this a million times over, i just wanna be sure my thyroid is ok.

From my understanding, you dont need pct for only 4 weeks of T3. 4 weeks isn't enough to suppress your natural T3 production, as long as you don't exceed 150mcg's per day.

Yeah i'm just paranoid about fucking up my thyroid and i would never go above 100mcg and i plan on tapering nice and slow. so you guys think thats enough?

You will be fine, your body will recognize the levels dropping rather quikly and thyroid output will be restored, otherwise you would die. Not gonna happen!

nice, thanks for the info guys, and just to be a pain in the ass and ask yet another question that i'm sure has been asked over and over... I have heard conflicting things about the time in between running t3. i've heard some say once a year, and others say you can run another cycle after only a month. it's hard to know who to believe, especially over the internet. i appreciate all help bros, thanks.

I think a couple months would be fine. You don't have to wait a whole year.
