Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: T3 and Clen I take albuterol for my asthma and I also take T3 in "thyrolar" 30 mg/day at a separate time for my thyroid. For months already. No problems eept they are not enough alone to do all I want to make me feel better. I also take nutrients for the manuufacture of thyroid hormones and the rebuilding of the thyroid. L-tyrosine, which also feeds the brain to make dopamine and norepinephrine neurotransmitters, plus a combo of zinc, selenium and iodine from a lot of kelp seaweed i take also for minerals, especially calcium and a lot of magnesium and potassium etc. I also take an herbal supplement for thyroid from Drchroostophersherbshop.com called thyroid maintenance (versus the herbal thyroid) - and I take their adrenal formula as well. I also find that Chinese herbs for yin nourishment - replenishment helps a lot, rehmannia being a foundational one, and then things like ho sho wu, asparagus shaft and, schizandra which is also good for the lungs. Licorice is part of the adrenal formula as well as hawthorne and they both help the lungs as well, licorice also being a promary herb for the adrenals. I find that supplementing with these natural substances and then taking the Throlar, then the thyrolar does more and even the abdominal area relaxes and the lungs-bronchials open up further. Note that low iron or low ferritin (iron storage in liver, spleen and marrow) causes exercise induced asthma. The doctors usually give ferrous sulfate which gives a nice iron boost but I read that it also causes free radicals. So I take another form, from NOW foods brand, Iron Complex, and also yellow dock herb and bklack strap molasses helps. Pineapple is also good for cleansing the lungs. As far as inhalers, I have used the Advair kind that adds a cortisol (adrenal cortex) to an albuterol type of medication and when my adrenals were low, low it helped. often, i get dust or mold or other pollen or chemical house toxins, and then Combivent works better - even with albuterol as well, because it is antihystimine as well as bronchial dialating. Taking growth hormone nutrition such as Promino Plus from ISS, (see internet) and a LOT of those adrenal and thyroid herbs, and even dr christopher's panc tea (pancreas formula) helps as well. Pancreas is also part of the endocrine system. chlorine and white bread supplement chemicals also decrease thyroid function. Rose hips, sut and sifted, in large amounts works even better than lots of vit C with bioflavenoid tablets - I take both and when I get to take a lot in a day, the whole respirratory channels seem to open up. organically grown green leafy vegs, the darker the better, ar helpful, collards are super for the calcium, kale also, spinach great for liver and intestines, dandelion greewns and beet greens very good for magnesium which helps liver and lungs and heart and helps get rid of candida. friendly probiotics in large quantities for a long time helps - I special order Trace Minerals Research Anti-toxin Part 2, which has 10 kinds of flora bound in the psyllium to get it intact to the colon where the most flora lives by far. I r3ead that soil based organisms are also very good but have not yet taken them. This is probably a lot more than you were asking about but maybe it can help. louisryoshin@yahoo.com, Lou Feel free to contact me for more. |
