pct advice

I dont have any experience with either of those products, so I cant speak on them..

I use Optimum Nutritions "Amino 2222" liquid ( the caps are too hard to swallow.. ) and Xtreme Formulations "Ice"

You should be able to buy amino's in bulk from an online source and do very nicely.. Check one of the board sponsors here.. Its a common item sold in bulk these days BCAA's

I have used several different brands and felt most of them did their job.. But I have been using the same brand of amino's now for several years.. they work, so I dont see a need for change.. and I have had other people start a regimen with the same products and they had good success as well..

cool thanks bro! im going to shop online musclesci sponsers for bcaas. i have been doing a lot of research re: bcaas and cortisol blocking and am a huge believer now thanks for all the advice!

BCAA from trueprotein. inexpensive and well worth it...
