nolva alone vs nolva and clomid

I've heard many people's opinions on just using higher doses of nolva alone for PCT and they believe it's enough. Then I've also heard people talk about how PCT is not as effective and clomid must be used in PCT to restore natural testosterone production. So I'm interested in hearing everyones opinions on what would be the best possible post cycle therapy. I know that in the past nolva/clomid was the staple for PCT. And thats all anyone had to say about it. I always use clomid and nolva for my PCT, but I'd like to try nolva only for post cycle therapy, but I'm afraid it would be ineffective so I'm trying to get some opinions on what all the people here think. Lets hear some opinions.

you need an AI and a SERM.
CLomid does a decent job, the use of noval is worse on your liver than clomid. I like to use clomid for the first 3 weeks then switch to nolva. Since the total mg of SERM in my body becomes less, which gives me less sides.
