Cynomel question

I was wondering what everyone recommends taking while doing a cycle of cynomel. Also while on a cynomel cycle is intense cardio alright?
thanks

I would use some kind of anabolic to keep your muscle from being eaten up and some cardio is good

Like the others said above......need to know your stats before we can give any advice.
Cynomel is no joke and needs to be taken properly.

Agreed, as Supernova1021 indicated Cynomel is a thyroid medication and can be very harmful is not taken correctly.

Yeah I'm sorry I should of been more informative in my post. First off, I'm not ready to dive in and start cynomel. I'm really just trying to gather all the information I can from as many sources as possible right now. Lots of information I seem to get is conflicting so i am just comiling as much as I can before I make any conclusion. Right now I'm seeking out the side effects, dosages, any drugs suggested to be taken with cynomel, and the safety precautions needed. I'm not sure on if cynomel fits my situation exactly so your replys will be much appreciated. I'm 21 years of age and am a little under 5 foot 7 weighing about 150. Weight wise I would guess I am looking too lose 15 lbs but I do not really base to much on weight. My bf% is what I look at. Right now I'm at 14.4% bodyfat. I'm aiming to get too about 9-10% bf. As of now that is my main goal, and at that time I will reasses my goals. I've been following my calorie intake and exercising regularly for over a year.
I work out 5-6 days a week (20-60 minutes on cardio and about hour to an hour and a half on weight training (only 5 days a week).
Thanks for your help,
and if you need any more information please just ask
Dan

Dan with what you have said you don't want to use T-3... you will get much better results from fixing your diet a Little and cardio you are really not heavy enough to require some thing so Strong.. try a low carb diet cardio in the am with an empty stomach and you will lose the fat you want. T-3 would eat the muscle up that you have now and it will be harder to lose the fat ...I would be glad to answer any other ?? you have about it

I can't see adding any more cardio then the above mentioned 2o to 60 minutes of cardio I already do 5 to 6 days a week and with my weight training 5 days a week. I just don't have any more time. I'm already eat a very clean diet that is low in carbs and at 1600 calories a day. It's just becoming very frustrating. I've just seen so little change over the last 3 months. And now it seems I'm gaining. It's getting really frustrating and I don't know what else I can do to jump start my weight loss.
