B12 Injections

Does anyone have any experience with B12 injections? Dosages? Frequency? IM or SubQ?

I did this years back and I can't remember dosages, frequency but I know I did it SubQ, wow I am full of help, LOL.....do a search on here, I am sure it was laid out in a post or two....

i also did subQ but cant remember the dosage. sry. the package insert should give some guidance.

I did 1000mcgs a day

at 1000mcgs a ml that's 1cc a day

subq

it made me eat like a horse and I gained 30lbs haha

stopped after that :)

Just about the same I did....Upped the appetite very nicely.
