Rep Power: 0 ![]() | IGF-1 help I ordered 2 mgs of the LR3 just in case I may want to try it. I've been reading alot of the posts but still find I'm very confused. So help would be appreciated guys,..please be patient. Other than lean muscle mass (new cells) and fat loss and icreased appetite. Can you expect other things like you can with GH? i.e better sleep, better energy, clear mind etc..?? And the whole reconstituting thing is still vague to me. I think I just haven't read the right post can someone provide a link. Also, the injectios...I'm getting lost on the bilateral thing. I figure morning injects is what I'd do, but I don't understand bilateral. Thx for the help. |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Re: IGF-1 help bilateral means right and left. So if you are to inject your quads you would put equal amounts into each quad. With lr3 you can take it every other day (eod) at 75-100 mcg's bilateraly. This means about 50mcg's into each quad, or which ever muscle you choose. Injections should be intramuscular, and can be done with an insulin pin or slin pin as most people call it. |
