any diet advice

while on IGF??? I'm basically just trying to lose 2lbs a week. Right now I just cleaned up my diet for the most part. Only eat good foods and a protein shake here and there

The same diet rules apply as when on anything else. It is not the same as insulin, you dont need sugar spikes or anything.
