Hey all, I know I have not been around a lot because of the holidays but I wanted to ask for prayers and support in my time of need right now. We are in the middle of a move and actually loading up the Uhaul as we speak because we have to but last night my mothr got a call that my dad was found dead in his bed and they do not have any idea what happened until the perform the autposy. I miss the old man already!!!

Thank you all so very much. Well we drove down there on sunday morning and got to view him on monday and say our final good bye! I was very upset until I got to do that and now I think I am at peace with his passing. The coroner said it was his heart and no autopsy was even needed. He always said that he wanted to die in his bed and not in a hospital or on the side of the road, etc...so he got his wish. He will be cremated today and the service will be on saturday so I have to drive all the way back down to NC again....

He was only 53 years old and was still pumping iron right up to the day he passed away so good for my old man on that one.

Just so you know me and the old man did not talk for months because of a issue I had with him so that has been eating me alive but when I talked to him and explained myself I really feel that it is all okay now and he is okay with what happened. I hope he can forgive me and i can forgive myself.......

If you are upset with your mom or dad please do not hold it and get over it because you never know when they will be gone!

Thank you all again and if I am not on for a few please do not think I have left, I will be back!
