Hey all, i am new as well to this forum, I am a physical therapy student NY, I have been training for about 10 yrs but seriously for about 5 yrs. I have change my philosophies with increasing knowledge on training from the russians and swiss. They seem to have the upper hand in power and that ois something i am interested in.

I've been a lurker here for a bit. I think it's high time to introduce myself. I'm 45, 5'10 and 200 lbs. I've been lifting for most of my life. I was never able to put on any real size but I enjoyed the training. I have always trained alone, so I never learned what to do to get big. At this point of my life I am working to actually look like I lift.
For the most part I am quiet, but am reading to learn as much as possible to achieve my goals. It's never too late to learn to do things right.
