Rep Power: 0 ![]() | New guy from Indiana Hey guys I was told about this board from a guy at the gym. I find it really informing and read much of the information. I have been body building for about eight months now. I have gained a lot of ground and am pretty happy with the results. I would be very interested in trying a juice cycle but I have frequent drug tests at work. For now, I am just taking a protein supplement and getting ready to start a Methyl D cycle. I am 6'5" and 235lbs. Here is my workout routine and any feedback would be appreciated. All sets are with heavy weight and failure or close to failure. MON: Dumbell Press 5 X 5 Incline Press 5 X 5 Decline Press 5 x 5 Cable Flys 4 x 10-12 Skull Crusher 4 x 8 Push downs 4 x 8 Dips 4 x 8 Close hand bench 3 x Burnout TUES: Lat Pull down 4 x 8 Seated Row 4 x 8 Chins 4 x failure Bent over row 4 x 8 Barbell curls 4 X 8 w/ drop sets on last two sets Hammer curls 4 x 8 w/ drop sets on last two Straight bar 4 x 8 w/ drop sets on last two WED: OFF THURS: Squats 5 x 7 Leg curls 4 x 8 Leg extensions 4 x 8 Cavs 4 x Burnout FRIDAY Soulder Press 5x6 Lat raises 4 x 12 Side Lat raises 4 x 12 Upright row 4 x 10 Shrugs 5 x 12 SAT: OFF Sunday I would start over. |
