| New Member ![]() | "Hey Hey!!" Hey. I'm a 33 yr database admin(desk jockey) living in Florida atm. When i'm not playing "target of aggression for upper management", I'm workin it hard at the gym. In college i worked nights at a Golds in St.Petersburg and have been addicted to the weights ever since. I was a personal trainer years ago but never developed the love for the iron that i have now. I came here looking for advice on a training program for my wife. It's my first time ever on a forum and i wish i had found it a lot earlier. I could not believe the amount of knowledge i found in here. I'm looking forward to hanging out. Thanks |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Newb I am one of Compiler's Science Projects. He already had, IMHO, a "vast amount of knowledge" regarding all aspects of training. Therefore, my benefits should increase exponentially! I will be following his extremist programs while researching for my own edification. I have already learned, five minutes after registering, an all encompassing 12 week cycle. There seems to be far too many individual and sometimes utterly bizarre training programs. Simple logic was in order. My goal is a blend of mass and asthetics, and I have been doing well so far. I don't look like most middle aged slobs anyway. I will lurk and learn. Thanks for the great forum. P.S. I am not a D-Compiler, whatever that is! Later. |
