Just hooked up with the site.:23_9_10[1]: I am located down in OZ and have recently resumed training after an extended lay off. :23_11_60[1]: I have a background in Engineering, Human Movement and Biomechanics and am looking foward to sharing and learning new info from you all. I shoot competitive Archery (hence the user name) both target and feild with compound and longbows and train for strength and conditioning and to maintain postural balance as the bow work develops some asymetric imbalances at higher poundages(150# longbow and 60# to 80# compound). As poundages and strength increased, I reverted back to my old ways and thought what the hell lets hit powerlifting and bodybuilding training again as it covers most of the bases!:7_1_106v[1]: Enough from me for now and I look foward to reading all your posts :RRoflgif:
