hey, just wanted to say hi. Im new to this board. It seems like a great place for dedicated bodybuilders to give and recieve good advice. I've qualified for nationals, been doin shows for over 15 yrs. masswithclass is a good friend we,ve competed together. Going through some tough times right now. I tore my pec in march and had surgery and on 9-4 some blind retard in a car hit me on my cycle. could hav been killed, just spent a few days in hospital. I'm fuk'ed as far as training goes right now.
