Rep Power: 4 ![]() | december 22...benched 5 plates!!! hey guys, today i felt like a beast that was unleashed!!! i started off with 3 plates where i was just toying with, followed by 4 plates where i got 4(not to over exert myself) and then the BIG 5 plates!! it felt awesome... next week i will retry them i will film it and take pics for me to post!! maybe finally one or two will comment on my pics!! c ya guys the WALL |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | uneven...!! ahahaha the only thing is i thought i would feel my rib cage collapse like last time i did(cos this time was my second time) but it didnt!! i realized the first time i tried it i pushed and i wasnt ready, but yesterday holy shit!!!! was i strong, once again i have it on tape but the file is too big to posts!! anyways, jumbo wat r ur measurements, how much do u bench?? |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | thx jumbo all the luck to u also. u have been training less than a year and u do 3 plates 1 rep! thats amazing!! it took me like 3 years to hit 3 plates. anyways i gtg leave but i have technique that might b helpful, its a 10 week program. i will keep in touch!! |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | hey jumbo as promised.... the program is 10 weeks, u do 4sets of bench 2 times a week not including ur chest day. set 1 warmup set 2 6 reps set 3 3 reps set 4 1 rep. for example ur all time max is 3 plates, wat u do is 2 plates for 6 then 2.5 for 3 reps and finish with 3 one rep. the day after go up by 2.5kg increments...by week 10 believe it or not u will b up to close to 4 plates!! u wont b doing them like peanuts thats bull but ur body will get accustomed to heavier poundage and ur all time high of 3 plates witll become a set of 3-6 reps in a span of 10 weeks not bad!!! anyways let me know... |
