Hi guys!

I want to compete in the Figure competition this Oct. My first time. I'm a spinning instructor so I do a lot of cardio and do weights twice a week.

I need big help w/ abs and glutes. Also looking for the Best Pre competition diet plan for someone like me. I'm Female 5'0 and weight 110lbs. Hope to hear from anyone out there.
