Rep Power: 0 ![]() | All you could ever want to know about me I am 33 years old and currently on my second run at being a muscle head. I started lifting as a Senior in High Scool and did my first cycle as a Junior in College. I was 6'1" and about 175. I had easy access to whatever I wanted and had no idea what I should buy. I had no idea what diet was. I had no idea of what a pct was. I just wanted to be big. I was the definition of young and dumb. I practically spent two years on something, fake or real, who knows. I graduated 240 lbs and about 12% bf. I looked like a balloon that was blown up too tight, ready to pop. I quit lifting about as abruptly as I stopped going to school (immediately). I did nothing for 8 years except eat junk food and smoke two packs of cigs a day. I stayed about 225 except was just plain fat. Two years ago, I quit smoking. I began to eat extremely clean and lost the fat. I weight train 3-4 days per week and do extensive cardio (run, cycle) 3 days per week. I am now 185 and about 8% bf. I am currently only taking creatine and arginine alpha-Ketogluterate. I am in the best physical shape of my life. I am as strong as I was in College at 240lbs. I have again started down the path of loving the gym and loving the way my body looks. This has brought me here. I am searching for answers on what is next. Where do I go from here? I will be reading as much as I can and will do my best to post what I decide and where I go. So, Hello to everyone |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Re: All you could ever want to know about me I do not plan on staying completely natural. I like the lean frame I have now better. I do want to pack another 20 to 30 lbs of lean mass on. I dont want to give up the lean vascularity that I have now for added weight or strength gains. I guess I get the most enjoyment from lifting and working out because of vanity. I enjoy the way I look and the way people look at me. I will never go at supplementation like I did before (stacking 3 or 4 drugs at a time and running 6 mos cycles). I will use what is available in moderation and try to find a way to do it as healthy as possible while pushing my genetic limits at all times. The problem or truth may be as it usually is. I may become addicted to the size and strength that comes and all this be thrown out the window. I may be shooting to be the size of a small truck in a couple of years. Who can tell. |
