The Lawsuit alleges that: 1) CEM3 does not exist in CELLMASS?, N.O.-XPLODE? or NITRIX?; 2) BSN?s patent pending for CEM3 does not exist; 3) CEM3 does not exist; and 4) BSN is the alter ego of Chris Ferguson.



BSN contends that all of the claims made against it and Chris Ferguson are meritless and intends to vigorously defend itself against these allegations. The Lawsuit is based upon a single test which did not directly test for the presence of the CEM3 ingredient, by a laboratory that never contacted BSN for information about CEM3. Contrary to the speculation of Call Jensen?s lawyers, a patent application for CEM3 does indeed exist and is currently pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. BSN is not the alter ego of Mr. Ferguson or any of its officers, but is a Delaware corporation in good standing and which observes all required corporate formalities.

My post was in no way a knock on the supplement suppliers such as yourself. I also agree wholeheartedly in not jumping the gun. As for BSN supplements, I have a couple of friends that use their products with great results.

That post is more or less something to generate traffic to the site, and interests in the board. When people hear a rumor, they usually turn to the internet for information. That was just a way to bring them to the best hardcore bodybuilding board on the net!

I just recently joined the forum to find out about the BSN lawsuit, i actually import alot of the BSN range to South Africa and wanted to find out if i should be worried in any way, at least to convey the message to my clients. I have contacted my supplier, so hopefully he will have good news and no reason to worry, i would not like to switch to a different brand, since the No Explode, Cell Mass and Nitrix work like a bomb for me.

In this business, its fierce competition...... When another Big Supp companys feel threaten by another, this is what kind of bullshit gets started.... They slander the competition no matter what the cost is.....
I have always used BSN and have NEVER had a single problem with any of there products....
BUT... now that you see this suit filed..... look all the ppl jumping off of the band wagon........ it kills me!!!! BUT before the suit, everyone was just fine with the BSN's Line...... enough said...........

Like i said INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILITY....... but in the US.... EVERYONE assumes guility, no matter what!!!!!
