Rep Power: 6 | X- First thing I wanna say is you brought an awesome package to collegiates. Simply awesome. For improvement I'd say back width and leg development. Back shots are simply incredible and with the added back width/hamstring thickness you will own that shot. I can't believe you serratus anterior is so thick and well developed, it compliments the deep 3-D abs really well. Can't wait to see the improvements made next year. Could you give us a run down on your competition plans and some tips for developing the serratus like you did. |

Rep Power: 5 | well, X is pretty busy with chiropractic school.... so his training is taking a back seat... but he's still hitting it hard when he has the chance... he should be back on-line pretty soon to give everyone an update...happy holidays to everyone!

Rep Power: 5 | This year I am planning on doing the arkansas again and going to the caveman in st. louis, i'm hoping if my growth keeps proceeding as it has i am going to junior nationals., i wanted to do the junior usa but it is two early for trying to grow!! As far as training, it is going well, I live in st. louis now so things have changed but i'm still hardcore and going to try and kick some ass this year!!

Rep Power: 5 | Yeah no shit impresv, i've heard some of these guys bring the shit, but I will be prepared, I have advanced my vitamins and supplements and it has increased my training output and stamina. but if I feel I'm not ready i will only to some regional shows and postpone nationals for a while
