Thanks for running this forum! I'm new and really enjoyinh it.

This is me - 6'0, 212 pounds, 405 lb bench, 495 lb squat all natural (so far)

Kind of a fuzzy pic, but I'm about to start my first cycle. I'll post an "after shot" in a few months

Lookin good.. almost same size as my boy .. hes like 225 ... but same built .. how old are you?

Thanks man! I'm 25. How old is your son? 225 is huge for our height, especially if he's lean. :)

Im actually 24 .. my boy .. i was saying as my bro or friend ... sorry for the confusion ... but yea .. My buddy is 23 and playin college ball .... He's very lean .. in HS kids thought he was takin roids just cuz his bi's were bigger then most kids legs ... but only untill after HS he started .. he said, well if they think i already am, why not be on it now .... lol
