| Junior Member ![]() | yea so far so good, if you wanna put on some more mass go heavier on the lifts and course eat more etc, but thats another cycle in its own. Id advise rows to get a wide back .. for some reason to me that excentuates the abs (is that the word i was looking for ..) but so far, good start. |
