wrestled 184 my first year and 174 since I wrestle in the NCWA now. I fight at 185-205 so I hate going under 185. It's a good weight for me though because I'm at about 6% bf now at this weight and I'm only 5'5". sucking and making weight blows though. Possibly my last year wrestling, I miss powerlifting :(
