Pics of Big Rick
Ok guys ..here are a few pics of Big Rick-
Keep in mind that he has never dieted..and is only in his first week and a half of a diet. Be nice!!! He is working his ass off. I will try to take better quality of pics next time (prob 2 weeks) . But I must say these pics don't do him justice...he is bigger than these show.

He is 36...5'11 250#.
