Honestly bro for me it's about dieting all the time. In the past year I've kept my diet the exact same; same food, same timing, same amount, etc... I've tapped into my body's reactions to the foods that I take in and knowing which foods work best for you is where it's at. I found those and decided to stick to them 'round year. If you can tie that in with the right supplementation and training it all comes together and produces. All in all the #1 ingredient is consistency. Train hard!!

Thanks for everyone's feedback. I am my own worst critic and it's hard for me to see what other's do. It's great to know there is positive reinforcement in a sport to which there is a lot of negative public view, thanks again!

I say "negative public view" because this weekend I had a 14 year old tell me that "steroids are illegal" and after I looked at'em he told me "to bring it". At first I thought "well G** Damnit I will" but then I'd been on the front page of the newspaper stating how I beat the shit out of an entire 14-15 year old baseball team, coaches, and parents, so in the overall best interest of everyone I didn't. Lord knows how bad I wanted to though....

orb, i wasn't trying to insult you by any means and if i came off even remotely as such I apologize.. I myself have tried to diet consistently during the summer months of the year and the last little bit of water always seems to have a firm grip on my body.. You seem to have a super dry look and I was just wondering if there's a little bit of hint here and there that you adhere to to get to that level of leanness/dryness.

I was not at all suggesting that there's some magical supplement that would allow for such condition without a ridiculous amount of sacrifices and hardwork.. I've been in this game long enough to know that..

Hey bro... I didn't find anything insulting at all... I'm still a lil' pissy by the issue I had sunday and still have a chip on my shoulder from that. There's honestly nothing that I do other than my food. I stay completely away from all sugar (natural or refined) and eat a lot of complex and fibrous carbs plus 2 gallons of water minimum daily.

This was a good friend of mine that committed suicide a few days ago. I just wanted to bump his thread in honor of him. He looked so good in these pics that I took of him.

Thanks guys. Im just at a loss for words. He was such a good friend to me and I have known him for years.

He moved out of his girlfriends house but we really dont know if that caused his problems. Im sure it had something to do with it.
