Yeah hes a beast for sure. We did back and shoulders last night and I almost threw up before we even got to shoulders. Today I feel like someone kicked my ass. Orb did the 130's for six reps for shoulder presses after we did back. lol

do you know how he gets so dry and ripped? is he naturally like that or is there something he takes to have him be that lean all the time.. I'm trying to find a good combination of things that would take me to that level of dryness.

Well its really nothing to do with what he takes, its his lifestyle. Lots of people seem to put the majority of success in supplementation these days, I disagree and i'm sure Orb would as well cause hell I got that from him. lol. Hopefully if he sees this he'll chime in, but he does everything 100%. Thats the only answer I can give.
