He was just real high and laughing cause of how ridiculous we were all acting. I wanted nothing to do with it until the skinny guys started calling me out. Now those pics are my motivation to drop the fat so that I have definition.

Even if gear is cheaper than what you call supplements, you should still utilize "supplements". Gear in a sense is a supplements. My definitition for supplement = to be used in conjunction with, to compliment what is already being done or used.

Supplements are meant to be used in conjuntion with a good diet and training program. There is no magic pill whether legal or illegal. Before I ever considered using gear I would have my diet right. 2 weeks on a diet would not qualify me to use a powerful drug.

To be honest with you, your friend could (or should be able to) easily make those gains on a good diet and training program without the risk of side effects. I hope you'll drop the gear for the time being and get everything else in line first. When you get everything else in order, then you can enjoy the type of gains the gear is capable of providing.
