No way would I start after 2 weeks... After all, i didn't even follow my diet correctly for more than 2 weeks. I'm talking about like 2 months from now... But I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. For now I'm going to look into test boosters. As far as my friend goes... I like his size, but that's it. He's 21, and looks 30. He has acne all over his body. HRT at 21 isn't something to take lightly, but he isn't interested in coming off.

If he is aging that fast, improperly using gear, and has an 'invincible' attitude, it's only a matter of time before he ends up with a stroke, heart attack, liver/kidney failure, etc. Don't say it won't happen, because one or a combination of those things are what take out just about every bodybuilder.

RECENT Death:
Paul Demayo, Don Youngblood, Charles Durr, Anthony Clark, and a guy that used to post here, MassWithClass, had renal failure then died of congestive heart failure in the hospital within a couple months. I dont think he was 30 yet.

RECENT Near Death:
(Heart) Mike Matarazzo, (Kidney) Flex Wheeler, (Heart) Milos Sarcev, (Duiretics) Mustafa Muhammed, (Duiretics) Paul Dillett, (Kidney) Don Long, (Kidney/Liver) Tom Prince

These guys above were TRAINED to listen to their bodies and got blood work done all the time. Your friend doesn't even listen or LOOK at his body when it comes to sides (obviously), and probably doesn't heed his doctors advice either. Bad combination...

Re: Me before my diet

Bumping my old thread with new photos. I was out of the gym for a minute, but I've been training hard. Sometime after those pics I couldn't work out because of shoulder pain. I went to physical therapy to help come back from a damaged left rotator cuff. That got me back in the gym. I ended up taking 3 months of last winter while I was in school because I didn't have time for the gym, studying, a social life, and day to day responibilities... At that time the drinking was more important. So now I've been hammering away all summer. I've quit drinking all together for the past two months. Got my diet in check, and I'm using a clen/hydroxy hardcore 2 weeks on/off.
I eat 6 times a day.
Weights & 40 mins cardio in the am.
Protein shake, 2 tbsp natural pnt butter
6 whole eggs
chicken & green veggies
chicken & green veggies
CHicken & green veggies
Protein shake
1 cheat meal a week. muli vitamin every day. Fish oil. Glucosamine. And I've been off the juice.
The pictures aren't that great, but you get the picture. These boards seem to be real slow compared to the others. I prefer these boards though because you people are way more intelligent about gear use and give much better advice than the others. There's too many jokers out there who have never even touched a weight looking for that solution in a syringe or a pill.
I've now learned that all the gear in the world can't make up for lack of proper training and diet. It's a tool for once everything else is in place.
