Thanks ! Im finally starting to 'like" myself again.
Football season was rough. Hardly no time for training other than for football. Im doing cardio now in the am and pm! ( imagine that!!!) he he he .
And I'm doing ok with my diet. Not perfect yet, but im getting it down to the wire.

I will get some new pics up asap..
I would like to get your honest opinion..
