SO I HAVENT TRAINED FOR 4 DAYS AND IM LOOKING A BIT FLAT- THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO TAKE PICS TO MAKE AN HONEST ASSESSMENT- THINKING ABOUT DOING A SHOW OCT 18- NOT SURE SINCE I HAD THIS SMALL ILLNESS BUT PICS DONT LIE.
