Yeah--I decided to come thru and browse the board and I see this Mr. B / IRONMAN bs up.

I start reading through the thread, and notice that there are several claims from Mr. B claiming he is not IRONMAN, and that they are two different people.

However, while I was under Mr. B's training principals after I was banned from this board--he claimed to me several times that he was IRONMAN--and that I was never to tell..

Well, here you go.

the thing that sets me off the most about this entire ordeal is the fact that you lied about the entire ordeal to me. You claimed to have the utmost faith in me and how my training was going, and then I come across this bs.

Wow bro--I find it amazing how you can be so motivating and supportive one minute encouraging me to get onstage this year, and a complete back stabber the next. I guess you really can't trust anyone with anything these days.

Anyways, I hope this brings some of the issue to light.

Well--one good thing came out of all of this. I did find the training method/routine thats made me grow more this year than I have in my entire measley three years of training. I'm at a relatively lean 190 right now....so thats fine with me. :)

LOL...Anyone can change an e-mail! Don't you find it just a bit strange how HOSS waited to show these e-mails until after I blasted him for slamming the mods. This is called taking somones e-mails and changing them for revenge. G-S you are clueless on this one!!!!

First I would like to request my e-mail address be taken off the public forum for everyone to see but please do keep his e-mails up so everyone can see what a sneakly lieing piece of shit he truly is. Next I would like to have permission from each person I have listed below if whether or not its okay to post the real e-mails that took place between HOSS and I. I have nothing to hide in the few conversations that took but I'll need permission. Be warned some of the lies HOSS told about you guys will blow your mind!!!! Any yes some of it has to do with illegal stuff.
