what music pumps you up?

Now what makes us turn into animals in the gym (besides hot moms and their daughters on the treadmills) music of course. I hate my gym because it plays all classic rock. Now i don't mean to offend anyone but there is no way i'm putting up 500 on the bench while listening to eric clapton. Try some of these bands if you're stuck in a dilemma like i was.

Here's my ultimate favorite in the gym
1. Devildriver
2. Coal Chamber
3. Trivium
4. Pastor Troy
5. Bleeding through
6. Lamb of God
7. Jedi Mind Tricks
8. 36 mafia
9. Heaven shall Burn
10. Smile Empty Soul

my gym plays like justin timberlake and shit like that, used to drive me nuts before i got an ipod, love killswitch, they are from my area, i know a couple of them personally.. smile empty soul is a good band also.. my favorite music to listen to in the gym is Tool and Atreyu, some Thrice also...

First of all HUGE bump on #7...not too many people are hip to him...one of the most under rated artists ever IMHO...

Secondly, to Fade. Bro that avatar is absolutely hysterical:p ...but it disturbs me at the same time.
